Good Sunday morning to all! I am happy to report that I am alive after 5 back to back double shifts at work. My body is only a little worse for the wear, and when all was said and done I do believe that I still have a passion for cooking...(I got home around 11 and fried up some serrano peppers and garlic for Al).
So here's the deal, I woke up, I wanted to cook, and I wanted it to be pretty, that simple.
and this is what I did.......
Pan Fried Serrano Peppers and Fingerling Potatoes
with
Baby Arugula Dressed with Organic Olive Oil, Shaved Parmesan Cheese and Lemon Juice
topped with a Poached Egg and Onion Brule!
This was ridiculously delicious, I chomped it down in a matter of minutes. MAKE THIS!!!!!!!
