Good Sunday morning to all! I am happy to report that I am alive after 5 back to back double shifts at work. My body is only a little worse for the wear, and when all was said and done I do believe that I still have a passion for cooking...(I got home around 11 and fried up some serrano peppers and garlic for Al).

So here's the deal, I woke up, I wanted to cook, and I wanted it to be pretty, that simple.
and this is what I did.......

Pan Fried Serrano Peppers and Fingerling Potatoes
with
Baby Arugula Dressed with Organic Olive Oil, Shaved Parmesan Cheese and Lemon Juice
topped with a Poached Egg and Onion Brule!





This was ridiculously delicious, I chomped it down in a matter of minutes. MAKE THIS!!!!!!!

You inspire me.... I know you keep saying you think you are loosing your passion for cooking.... I just chuckle everytime you say it. You are the ultimate foodie and you know it.

This is the breakfast you cooked for me in the hotel room after my back surgery. As always you spoiled me. Now you can come to my house and cook me breakfast anytime you want to. Everyone reading this needs to know the flavors of this meal are WONDERFUL!
