After friday, I will have 4 days in a row off. Therefore I am sure there will be some cooking going on in my kitchen. First and foremost, my very own birthday cake from scratch, way over due...we will see how that works out. Then on to some onion soup, haven't decided if I want to do french or bisque (I'm leaning towards bisque...drizzled with some truffle oil). As far as a protien goes, I am thinking about pork...but, wait...I think I want some crab legs...yeah yeah yeah, crab legs it is! Pics coming soon.
