Here is an old saved draft from october. I was making consomme (doesn't look so good to make...but it is oh so yummy to eat). I am also showing off my super cool knife skills by peeling a tomato...it's way easy to do. And then I have a shot there of some herbed butter that I made, later that night I put a pat of it on a ribeye that I pan-seared for dinner, and served with some way hot chipotle mashed potatoes...I'm gonna have to do that again.





Not so sure what I was going for with the page set up with these here pictures, oh well, my cooking skills are better than my computer skill and I guess that is all the matters for now.

I am on the A-Team!!!!!! I managed to squeak out of Chef Rosado's Basic Skills class with a 90%. Which means I got to put my name on his board with previous students that earned A's. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I really wanted that A!
Today is day two of computer skills. 3 weeks of sitting down, and then onto meat fab. Tonight I make consomme for dinner, and maybe a pan seared steak with some kind of herb butter. But I have the rest of the day to think about that...so who knows. Pics will be poasted tomorrow.
